Are there any side effects to smelling salts?
Almost all of our customers report that smelling salts do not cause them any side effects. When smelled too close, ammonia gas can irritate the nasal mucosa or eyes.
However, the undersigned has noticed mild irritation of the nasal mucosa after 6 months of daily use, which improved with a break in use.
If you have any diseases affecting the respiratory tract or heart, discuss the matter with your doctor before using smelling salts.
Always follow the instructions for use when using smelling salts products. Our products are manufactured in Finland and are registered in accordance with Finnish chemical legislation.
Will the order be delivered to your door?
Your order will arrive at your nearest Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point in 1-3 business days.
The order tracking code will be delivered to the email address you provided on weekdays within 24 hours of ordering.
You will receive a notification of arrival via text message to your phone, so please check the phone number you provided during checkout.
How often can smelling salts be used?
We recommend a 30-minute break between uses, but you can use the smelling salt at your own discretion.
Some people prefer to use the smelling salt only for record attempts, while others use it before every performance.
No side effects have been observed in studies with the correct use of the smelling salt.
