We offer a 14-day return policy for our products. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. The customer pays the return costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Please note that failure to collect the package does not constitute a return, but rather an uncollected package. The price of uncollected packages is €8.31 for Posti and €5.24 for DB Schenker. The monetary refund amount is the purchase price of the order.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price of the product to the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take several days depending on your bank.
