Shipping Policy

Welcome to Saltify Oy’s website Smelling-Salts.com, where you can buy smelling salts for powerlifting. These delivery terms define the terms under which we deliver your smelling salts order.

Deliveries: We will deliver your order within 1-3 business days of receiving your order by post, to the nearest pick-up point. The exact delivery costs will be indicated at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to the operation of the shipping company or other reasons beyond our control.

Delivery areas: We deliver your order throughout Finland. We do not currently deliver abroad.

Delivery methods: We usually use Matkahuolto and Posti’s delivery services. You can choose the delivery method in the shopping cart. If you want to use other delivery services, please contact our customer service.

Delivery tracking: You can track the delivery status of your order on the Matkahuolto or Posti websites using the shipping code that we will send you by email after confirming your order.

Receiving the delivery: The delivery will be delivered to the nearest pickup point to the address you provided. Your order will remain at the pickup point for 7 days, so please collect the package within that time, or ask the shipping company to extend the pickup time. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you can authorize another person to receive it on your behalf.

Reporting delivery errors: If there are any errors in the delivery, such as damage, shortages or the wrong product, please notify us immediately by email at info@smelling-salts.com. Please include your order number in the message and/or send a message from the email address you provided in the order.

Returns and Exchanges: You may return the product within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please note that failure to pick up the package does not constitute a return, but rather an uncollected package. The monetary refund amount is the purchase price of the order.

Uncollected package: If the customer does not collect the package, Hajusuola.fi has the right to charge the customer €25 for labor and delivery costs. Please note that the right of cancellation and free return do not apply to uncollected packages. The customer is responsible for monitoring the transport status of the package they have ordered, and Hajusuola.fi is not responsible for informing/reminding the customer of package pickup dates or returned packages.
